AccessAbility@BCG creates spaces to amplify the voices of those with lived experiences of disability and chronic illness. It also provides resources for people with disabilities and promotes education throughout the firm. From peer mentorship to external partnerships, our groups are working to break the stigma and build a more accessible workplace for everyone. AccessAbility@BCG offers a community and resource for individuals with disabilities, caregivers of people with disabilities, and allies. Members may be paired with a mentor, receive advice, share and request resources, and attend network affiliation events to foster accessibility at work.
Your affiliation with AccessAbility@BCG is confidential. Network leadership will have access to your name, but will not share your participation or health status with colleagues or line managers. You will have the option to connect with other network members, join the mentorship program, or remain anonymous and receive network communications without engaging with other BCGers.
