Meet Our Team
Katie joined BCG in 2022 after working in University Recruitment in both the tech and Higher Education industries. She attended Southern Methodist University for both her undergraduate and graduate studies, where she graduated with a B.A. in Journalism and her MBA in Marketing and Management. Katie is located in the Dallas office, where she has lived since she moved from Houston to go to SMU. In her free time, Katie is an indoor cycling instructor at a local Dallas fitness studio.

Jess joined BCG in the summer of 2022. Prior to joining BCG, she worked in campus recruitment and career services. Outside of work, Jess enjoys hiking, trying out new restaurants in Austin with her husband, and spending time with her cat, Abelina.

Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Lead for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.
