Meet Our Team
Ana is a Talent Acquisition Manager at BCG leading all recruiting efforts for Mexico. She has an MBA from London Business School and a BA from University of Buenos Aires. She has lived and worked in Latin America, the USA and UK. Before BCG she worked in the Airlines, Art and Retail industries, in several roles at operations, internal and management consulting, marketing and talent. When not on the job she is an avid reader and traveler, she enjoys the visual arts, yoga and hiking.
Talent Acquisition Manager
Rebe is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at BCG. She works in the Mexico Office and supports the recruiting process for the Consulting Team. She has a BA from Tec de Monterrey in Organizational Psychology where she also began her career after graduation as a Tec Trainee and later on as a Talent and Experience Business Partner before joining BCG. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking with her dogs, traveling, reading and dancing.

Your office preference(s)—up to three, weighted to reflect your level of interest in each (if you wish to be considered for the Mexico/Monterrey office, please select either one on your first choice, otherwise your application will be sent to another office)
A cover letter (optional—you may upload your resume twice if the system requires an upload and you do not want to submit a cover letter)
Our process consists of an online case experiences followed by two rounds of two (or three) interviews each. If you are successful in one you'll be invited to the next and so forth.
We have two set dates for interview rounds: January and August, but in between we tend to do off-cycle interviews if we have enough candidates, so do not hesitate to apply any time! We wish to make sure this experience is both educational and rewarding for you. Best of luck!
