Generalist consultants work on varied projects across topics and industries analyzing problems, discovering insights, delivering recommendations, and making change happen for our clients. We hire across all diverse degree backgrounds and concentrations.

When applying, please use your IESE email address to apply and have ready the following:

  • Provide a one-page, business style resume.
  • A motivation letter
  • Your top 3 office preferences (please weight your level of interest in % for each office preference)

    * In the education selection box, please indicated you are a current MBA student at IESE, with MBA as your highest level of education.

Pre-MBA Summer Program
BCG Unlock is a summer learning program that introduces incoming MBAs to the insights and experiences that make BCG unique. Through BCG Unlock, you can get a head start on the Fall recruiting internship season, building your skills and growing your network through a series of virtual events.
