Meet Our Team
Angela oversees Wharton, Columbia and Yale recruiting for BCG. Prior to taking on her current role, Angela was a project leader in the New York office focusing on consulting to clients in the health care and consumer goods industries. Angela received her MBA from Harvard Business School and her joint bachelor degrees in business and law from the University of Queensland in Australia. Angela is based in the New York office of BCG. She enjoys spending time with her children and visiting Australia.

Head of CBS Talent Acquisition
Jingy is the Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist on the CBS, Wharton and Yale SOM team, based out of the Philadelphia Office. Prior to joining BCG, Jingy worked in career services at the University of Pennsylvania where she advised Wharton undergraduates and alumni. Jingy earned her BA from Washington University in St. Louis and her MS from the University of Southern California.

Caroline is the Talent Acquisition Specialist on the CBS, Wharton, and Yale team, based out of the New York office. Prior to BCG, Caroline worked in MBA Career Management at Wharton, supporting the employer engagement team. Caroline has a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College and a M.S.Ed. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Delaney is a Talent Acquisition Specialist on the CBS, Wharton, and Yale SOM team, based out of the New York Office. Prior to joining BCG, Delaney worked in undergraduate Talent Acquisition for an Information Services firm. Delaney earned her BA from Kenyon College.

Sara Marquez is the CBS BCGer on Campus for 2023-2024. Sarah is a Consultant based in the BCG New York City office and graduated from Columbia Business School with her MBA in 2022. he started her career at BCG Colombia working in a broad range of industries and has been focusing lately on the Food & Beverage space. Sara enjoys painting, hiking and visiting her family and friends in Colombia.

Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Manager for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Molly oversees campus recruiting for those interested in digital strategy consulting roles. Molly is originally from Boston and currently lives in New York. Prior to BCG, Molly worked at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in clinical research administration. On the weekends, she loves to read, try new restaurants, and spend time outside.

Application Process
SUMMER APPLICATION DEADLINE

It’s an exciting time to join BCG! Please apply here by November 27, 2023 at 9:00 AM ET. You will be asked to provide:
  • A resume
  • Your office preference(s)—up to three, weighted to reflect your level of interest in each
  • A cover letter (truly optional—you may upload your resume twice if the system requires an upload and you do not want to submit a cover letter)
  • An indication of your interest in the Digital Consultant role. Digitally-tagged consultants have previous digital/technical work experience and desire to spend a meaningful amount of their career working on and solving digital problems.

Online Case
The application process includes an online problem-solving assessment that must be completed on December 1, 2023 between 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM ET. All applicants are required to take the online problem solving assessment to complete their application. The assessment takes ~40 minutes and must be completed within the above time range.

Pymetrics
If you apply to a US BCG office, you will also receive an email inviting you to play the pymetrics games after you submit your application. These 12 neuroscience-based games provide insight into your cognitive and emotional attributes and your potential for success at BCG. The games take ~25 minutes to play, and you will have 48 hours to play them after receiving the invitation. For more information on pymetrics, please click here. If you have already played the pymetrics games as part of a previous BCG application, you will not be prompted to play the games again as we already have your results on file.
