Meet Our Team
Becca joined BCG’s Washington, DC office as a Talent Acquisition Specialist on the Northeast Campus Pod in May of 2022. Prior to joining BCG, Becca graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in Sociology and a Certificate in American Sign Language. Outside of BCG, Becca enjoys doing yoga, going on hikes, and going to concerts!

Barbara Galvanek joined BCG in June of 2021, as a Consultant in the Pittsburgh office. At BCG, Barbara's case experience spans a variety of topics across the transportation, industrial goods, and consumer goods industries. Prior to joining the firm, Barbara worked in financial services primarily in competitive analysis roles. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a BS in Accounting and Finance and received her MBA from Carnegie Mellon's Tepper School of Business. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring her home city, spending time with family and friends, and listening to fantasy football podcasts.

Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Lead for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Global Talent Acquisition Lead
Dimitri joined BCG in 2017. At BCG, he has served clients across a wide range of industries with the majority of his work residing in the consumer sector. Dimitri received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia and his M.S. and Ph.D. in the same field from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He also holds an MBA from the University of Texas – Austin’s McCombs School of Business. In his free time, Dimitri enjoys Crossfit, cooking, and spending time with family.

Black, Latinx, and Indigenous Recruiting Director
Nico is a member of the Consumer Goods practice, with a focus on Fashion & Luxury, and Marketing. Nicolas originally joined BCG's Bogota Office and transferred to New York after completing his MBA. During his MBA, Nicolas interned at YOOX Net-A-Porter Group in Milan and Cole Haan in New York. Nicolas earned his MBA at Harvard Business School. He holds a Master in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford and a BA in Business and Economics from Universidad de Los Andes.

Rylan joined BCG in August 2017. He primarily works in Healthcare R&D, with a focus on biopharma clinical trials. He has extensive experience working with DV and Gamma. Prior to joining the firm, Rylan served as a US Navy officer with expertise in both anti-piracy and long-range missile planning. He is part of Veterans@BCG and serves on the leadership team as head of recruiting. Rylan holds a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Duke University.

Patrick joined BCG as a Summer Consultant in 2019 and returned full-time in September 2020. He primarily works in Aerospace and Defense across manufacturing, supply chain and strategy topics with both government and commercial clients. Patrick is a member of the Veterans@BCG and currently serves as Recruiting Director for the network. Before joining the firm, Patrick spent over eight years in the U.S. Navy as a maritime patrol and reconnaissance aviator, operations manager, and aide de camp to the Navy’s budget leader (OPNAV N9). Patrick earned his BA in History and Political Science from Vanderbilt University and his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Matt is a Project Leader in the Chicago office of Boston Consulting Group and a member of the Technology and Digital Advantage (TDA) practice. Prior to BCG, Matt worked for 5 years in various software engineering roles for NVISIA, a boutique software consulting firm, and Liberty Mutual Insurance. Matt received an MBA and certificate in Health Sector Management from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and BS in Computer Science from Indiana University."
