Our Consulting Roles
Associates
Associates are typically entry-level consultants. The associate position is available to fresh graduates with internship experience and to young professionals with up to 3 years of full-time working experience.

We hold two recruiting processes for Associates throughout the year, correspondent to the beginning of the semester. You can apply in our Consulting Full Time Position.

Consultants
This opportunity is open to those in their second year as well as recent MBA graduates. We hold Summer Internships for those in their first year of an MBA program.

We open applications for our full-time positions at various times throughout the year. We invite you to get in touch with us to find out about the upcoming recruitment cycle.

Our Application Process
1. ONLINE APPLICATION​​
Each application should be filled completely and accompanied by your CV.  

It’s important to note that for the BCG México Office Cover Letter nor trasncripts are required to upload. 

To complete this step, both for the Associate and Consultant cohort you can apply to our Consulting - Full-Time Position

2. ONLINE CASE EXPERIENCE
After you apply, you will receive news on when your Online Case Experience will be held. This will test your quantitative skills, data interpretations, calculations and business logic.

You will have a couple day’s range to complete it but the test itself takes 30 minutes to accomplish. It involves 5-8 questions on the case presented and one final question with a video requirement. The entirety of this test is completed in English.

3. INTERVIEW ROUNDS​​
 If we decide to take your application further, we´ll invite you to a first round of interviews. This round will consist of two/three case interviews that will last 45 minutes each.

We may invite you to a final round interviews, this round will consist of two/three case interviews that will last 45 minutes each as well.

4. OFFER​​
If you succeed in your interview process, you will receive an offer and be invited to be part of BCG. Your start date may differ and will define this with you
