Welcome to BCG’s Virtual Hub for Jobs for Ukrainians
BCGers are bold and innovative, working every day on projects that demand heart, mind, and the urgency to build something world-changing. We hope Ukrainians who have recently been displaced or those already living abroad will explore opportunities to join our team.
Our virtual hub streamlines the job application process for Ukrainians who want to consider employment at BCG.* Explore openings across the full spectrum of BCG, including consulting and business services roles, as well as BCG X, BCG Platinion, and BCG Digital. We encourage prospective employees to apply for roles at offices in the countries in which they are currently based. BCG will drop the local language requirement for Consulting Roles, while trying to accommodate non-local language speakers for non-Consulting roles whenever feasible.
*This does not affect BCG's recruiting activities for people from other countries.

Having compiled a very detailed, holistic picture of the situation in Ukraine, BCG and EIB have identified key pressing issues they jointly suggest following when approaching the Ukrainian recovery strategy.
The Ukraine Virtual Hub (UVH) connects talent from Ukraine with job opportunities across BCG through a virtual hub (here). Anyone showing interest in joining the hub will have the opportunity apply to existing BCG roles and to consider employment across the full spectrum of BCG, including consulting and business services roles, as well as BCG GAMMA, BCG Platinion, and BCG Digital Ventures. They will receive a specific affiliation and be actively supported by the UVH team. The UVH will provide BCG employees with support to help them perform in their jobs (such as local language lessons) and dedicated time to support BCG dedicated Ukraine relief effort.
The practical, financial, and emotional difficulties of being a refugee are unfathomable. But for millions of people who have fled Ukraine since Russia invaded, one obstacle may be somewhat easier to tackle in the coming months: making a living. At BCG, a core tenant to who we are is our values. We are committed to making an impact, respect for the individual, diversity, integrity, and more. These standards are why we care for our clients, our employees, and the talent of tomorrow. It is important that we strive to provide job support.
The launch of the hub is a continuation of BCG’s efforts to help refugees, which commenced when the war in Ukraine began. This support comprised of NGO and direct humanitarian support in countries most impacted by the crisis. BCG supports the humanitarian crisis with many initiatives across the firm–including projects like Unterkunft-Ukraine in Germany, and the UA SOS initiative in Poland creating online platforms to help Ukrainians find free shelter and short-term accommodation. The Unterkunft-Ukraine platform, in partnership with the German Federal Ministry of the Interior, already offers over 360,000 beds for refugees through a secure matching and ID validation process. Also, BCG staff is supporting direct humanitarian support through medical care allocations, building classrooms for Ukrainian children, and providing food, accommodation, clothes, and transportation to refugees crossing the borders.
Sign up for the UVH via this page which contains specific recruitment information for you. Please also ensure to indicate your location preference based on your current country of residence. In parallel, we encourage you to review the offerings of BCG businesses (incl. BCG, BCG Gamma, BCG Platinion, BCG DV) to see which role might potentially be of most interest to you and where your skills might be most applicable. Please use our official Careers website to familiarize yourself with available roles, identify a specific role within BCG, and apply, post which we will process your application via the standard BCG application process for the given role and office, keeping in mind that you also wish to be a part of the UVH.
We will periodically invite you to dedicated UVH recruitment webinars where more information on the offering and available roles will be provided (we will reach out to the e-mail address provided by you).
Since most of the applications to UVH are expected from Central and Eastern Europe, UVH will be primarily managed by BCG Warsaw. However, it is a global program, and we encourage you to submit your location preference based on your current country of residence and where you have the appropriate work permit.
If you do not have a work permit for your preferred location, we would encourage you to check the local regulations for visa processing timelines and process.
UVH is open to all Ukrainian refugees as well as Ukrainians already living abroad. All BCG employees globally (current and future) with a Ukrainian passport also have the option to join UVH.
The UVH is restricted only to those with Ukrainian passports. Your partner/non-Ukrainian family members can apply to BCG as a standard candidate via our career site.
BCG UVH will specifically target Ukrainians meeting BCG’s standard recruiting criteria for current and future Consulting roles in classic, GAMMA, Platinion, as well as Business Services roles..
Roles can be both for full-time, part-time, as well as permanent or temporary – in line with needs/standards of the openings. For applicants to UVH, local language requirements will be waived (English language proficiency is mandatory). All other BCG requirements (incl. work permit application) must be met.
English is BCG’s business language, and it is mandatory to be proficient in it. However, other local language requirements can be waived depending on the specific requirements of the role. In countries where English is not the official language, host Offices will need to decide if the local language is or is not a requirement for candidates for both Consulting and BST positions.
Yes, however we recommend applying to the one role you feel that you are the most qualified for, and that matches your experience and career aspirations.
Our Careers site has plenty of resources for you to learn more about BCG and our businesses. You can learn more about our interview process here.
Not at the moment. We are aware that this might be the most impactful, however the legal and tax risks are very high. Developing an acceptable solution, compliant with all regulations and BCG internal policies will take time and therefore we cannot commit to its possibility now, however we do intend to explore it further.
Through UVH, we’re committing to support the millions of Ukrainians who have been displaced by the conflict. We do not have a decision on whether we will open an office in Ukraine post 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine.
BCG's hiring needs are for immediate openings, and individual situations should be discussed with your local recruiting contact/team.
The latest information will be shared with via the dedicated Ukraine Virtual Hub page. You can also read more about UVH in our official press release. For specific information, you can also reach out to UVH@bcg.com.
