Embark on an unforgettable internship with our Women's Intensiveship, where you'll gain a crystal clear understanding of BCG and the dynamic world of management consulting.
In just five weeks, you'll immerse yourself as a valued team member. Get ready to witness the day-to-day life of a consultant firsthand, while forging connections with fellow participants. Elevate your personal growth with customized training sessions. Plus, you'll have the support of your own dedicated BCG buddy to guide you through every stage of this journey.

Calling all women* studying at Swiss universities! We're looking for individuals with a curious and resourceful nature, who have a knack for numbers and a talent for communication. Whether you're in your fifth semester or higher as a bachelor student, pursuing a master's degree, or a PhD student, we value your skills and expertise.


Interview days
During the interview process, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills through two interview rounds.
In your first round you will conduct a cognitive test one day before your virtual case study interview.
If you progress to the second round, you will be invited to our Zurich office, where you will take part in two case study interviews.

We are looking for women* students that are currently enrolled at a Swiss university, from all study backgrounds (Bachelor, Master, or PhD) and in their fifth semester or beyond.
