What should you expect from the recruiting process for BCG Azerbaijan?
1. ONLINE APPLICATION​​
Each application should include your CV and a Cover Letter. We want to get to know you so please make sure you include information in your cover letter and CV about things you’re passionate about and why BCG is a great career fit for you.

2. ONLINE CASE EXPERIENCE
The online case is a virtual case experience consisting of a mix of qualitative questions, business logic, and analytical problem solving.

3. HR INTERVIEW​​
 While the purpose of a Human Resources (HR) interview is to assess and evaluate candidates for employment within an organization, it is a two-way communication process. You can gain valuable insights into the company's culture, values, mission, and work environment. This information is essential for determining if your personal values and goals align with those of the organization.

4. CASE BUDDY PRACTICE​​
The Case Buddy is a valuable resource and service specially designed for BCG Baku to assist individuals in their preparation for case interviews. The Case Buddy is a mentor or coach, someone with extensive experience and expertise in the realm of case interviews. The Buddy plays a crucial role in helping candidates enhance their readiness for these interviews. They provide valuable guidance, share their insights, and offer tips and tricks that can make all the difference in your performance during these BCG interviews.

5. ROUND OF INTERVIEWS​​
The first round consists of two case interviews that will last 60 minutes each. Your interviewers will be consultants from our local offices.

We'll provide you with detailed feedback and, depending on how you performed, we may invite you to the final round of interviews.

The final round consists of two futher interviews: each will last 60 minutes.
