You will work closely with the Human Resources Senior Manager and Senior Director to:
- Oversee the career management process
- Organize Career Development Committees
- Prepare CD dossiers
- Coordinate the upward feedback process using the internal IT system
- Manage evaluation requests and follow-ups through the internal IT system
- Ensure internal databases are accurately updated
- Support with the preparation of recurrent reports and data analyses
- Manage the Buddy Program
- Execute internal communication initiatives
- Monitor and follow up on actions from the annual strategic plan
- Provide support with local immigration and mobility matters
- Assist the team with new initiatives and ad hoc projects

- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources
- Master in Human Resources very valuable
- At leaset 2 years of experience in human resources either in a consulting firm, training company, or in a corporate human resource department valuable
Full proficiency reading/writing/speaking English and Spanish
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: emphasis on Excel and Power Point
Strong analytical skills

The role will be mainly to work within the people development team giving support to the HR Senior Director and the HR Senior Manager in the Career Development Process, giving support with evaluation request, recurrent reports and analyses and Career Development Dossiers elaboration. Additionally, you will be part of different people team initiatives and projects such as Affiliation @BCG, new HR tools such as Workday, Mentor program, etc.
