We are looking for female students that are currently enrolled at a Swiss university (Bachelor, Master or PHD) and in their third semester or beyond with interest in consulting.

Please apply with your CV, cover letter, and university grades by October 2. Please indicate in your motivational letter if you are applying for the Circles group taking place in our Geneva or Zurich office. To apply, click here.

The mentoring program will take place between October 2022 and March 2023. The events will be a mix of virtual and in-person formats in Geneva or Zurich, depending on your preferred office location.

The events will be a mix of in-person and virtual formats. As the safety and health of our BCG employees and candidates is our priority, our formats are subject to short-term changes based on BAG regulations and internal guidelines. We will update our information on a regular base.
