Early careers program

Welcome to BCG Embark

We are excited to introduce BCG Embark, a new virtual conference that is designed to give undergraduate students an opportunity to connect with consultants across our Black@BCG, Latin@BCG, and Indigenous@BCG networks while exploring consulting at BCG.

BCG Embark will provide opportunities for participants to build relationships with BCG consultants, strengthen consulting skills, and gain insight into life at the firm.

To be considered for BCG Embark as part of the BCG Launch experience, register by April 15, 2026, and select your interest in learning more about the Black@BCG, Latin@BCG, and/or Indigenous@BCG networks.

What to Expect from BCG Embark

At BCG, we know that the strongest ideas emerge when teams bring together people with different perspectives, experiences, and areas of expertise. Diverse viewpoints enrich how we collaborate, challenge assumptions, and develop solutions for our clients’ most complex problems.

Through a combination of engaging panels, case interview preparation, and opportunities to connect with BCG consultants, participants will be able to:
  • Connect with BCG consultants and leaders across the firm
  • Develop their analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
  • Learn more about consulting and potential career paths at BCG
  • Gain a deeper understanding of BCG’s culture, opportunities, and values
