Shayla oversees Harvard Business School recruiting for BCG. She joined BCG in 2018 in the Philadelphia office, spent three years in the New York office, and is now based in Boston. Prior to BCG, Shayla was an assistant director at Villanova University’s Career Center. She holds an MS in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a BS in Marketing and International Business from the University of Delaware.

Elise McNamara is a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist at BCG. She works in the Boston office supporting HBS and Tepper recruiting. Elise graduated from Westfield State University with a major in Business Management. Prior to BCG, she supported the recruiting, professional development and diversity & inclusion team at a real estate law firm. In her free time, she loves all things outdoors (walking, hiking, rollerblading, paddleboarding), cooking and baking new recipes, and exploring all of New England's coastal towns.

Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Manager for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Global Talent Acquisition Manager
Evan is a Project Leader in the Boston office. He joined full time in 2022 after spending his summer at BCG in 2021. At BCG, Evan's work has spanned industries from Financial Institutions to Industrial Goods, but he has spent most of the last two years focused on the intersection of Consumer Goods and Operations. Prior to BCG, Evan served in the US Navy for eight years as a Nuclear Surface Warfare Officer, which included tours of duty in Japan and at the Pentagon. Evan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and BA in Government from Harvard College. In his free time, Evan loves spending time with his wife, Abena, and eight-month old son, Isaiah, especially exploring new foods and activities in Boston.

Molly oversees campus recruiting for those interested in digital strategy consulting roles. Molly is originally from Boston and currently lives in New York. Prior to BCG, Molly worked at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in clinical research administration. On the weekends, she loves to read, try new restaurants, and spend time outside.
