Wednesday, February 25
Start the adventure
Your journey will start with a morning meet-up at our Zurich office, where you will also board the bus that takes you directly to St. Moritz. Settle in, get to know your fellow students, and meet the BCG coaches who will guide you through the exciting days ahead. In the afternoon, you’ll dive into the introductory session of an exciting real-life case. Afterward, enjoy some free time to explore and recharge before we come together for dinner to wrap up the first day and get ready for what’s ahead.

Thursday, February 26
Master the challenge
Thursday is all about discovering the case together. In teams and with guidance from experienced BCG consultants, you’ll explore the challenge from different angles, sharpen your strategic thinking, and prepare a strong presentation that you’ll deliver to the client the very same day. Along the way, you’ll exchange ideas, learn from one another, and see how each team member’s strengths contribute to the solution.
When your minds are buzzing with insights, we’ll switch gears and surprise you with a fun activity to help you unwind, reset, and celebrate your progress. We’ll round off the day with a relaxed dinner - an ideal moment to connect further, reflect on the experience, and enjoy the unique atmosphere of the mountains.

Feel the thrill
Get ready for an unforgettable highlight: your very own ride down the legendary Olympic bobsleigh track in St. Moritz! This is where adrenaline meets pure Swiss winter magic. As you take off, you'll feel the surge of speed, the icy wind rushing past, and the thrill of gliding through one of the world's most iconic ice runs - an experience that few ever get to claim. It's bold, it's fast, and it's the perfect finale to an inspiring few days! After this adventure, we'll gather for a final wrap-up - celebrating your achievements, the ideas you've shaped, and the connections you've made. With fresh energy and a sense of accomplishment, we'll begin our journey back to Zurich.

How to apply

The program is open to students from all fields of study (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) who are currently enrolled at a Swiss university in their third semester or beyond.

First step
Apply with your CV and transcripts by Thursday, January 29.

Second step
On Friday, January 30, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to complete a short video interview. You will then have time until Monday, February 2 to submit your recordings.

This video interview is not about solving a case or preparing complex exercises. Instead, it is simply an opportunity for us to get to know you a little better beyond your CV. Think of it as a chance to bring your CV to life, highlight your experiences, and share your motivation in your own words. We are curious to get to know your personality, understand what drives you, and learn more about your journey so far.
