Who can apply for this event?

This event is open to everyone who is curious, motivated, and eager to learn – regardless of their academic field or prior experience. We truly believe that exciting perspectives emerge when people from different disciplines and backgrounds come together. That is why we invite all students enrolled at a Swiss university – starting from the forth semester of their Bachelor’s degree as well as those pursuing a Master’s, MBA, or PhD – to apply. It does not matter whether you study business, engineering, law, medicine, social sciences, or any other field: your unique perspective will be valued. We also warmly welcome young professionals with up to two years of work experience – especially those who are curious about a career in consulting, would like to get a first-hand impression of our way of working, and are open to discovering how their skills and experiences could translate into the consulting world.

When will I receive feedback on my application?

You will receive feedback on your application by Friday, October 15, 2026, at the latest.

What expenses will I incur?

BCG will cover the costs of your transportation to and from the event location. We will provide you with a reimbursement sheet to fill out and return via email, together with the corresponding receipts. There is no participation fee.

If my application for the event is rejected, is that also a general rejection for any positions at BCG?

No. As we always receive significantly more applications for these special events than we have slots for participants, a rejection applies to this event only. If you are interested in joining BCG, please send a separate application to our recruiting team via our portal on our Switzerland Career Website.
