
During several weeks, you will work in a cross-functional team to solves the most pressing issues our clients face, delivering impactful solutions together with your team. As an intern you are actively involved in casework, responsible for your own module or tasks. This could be gathering data, developing models, meeting client stakeholders or preparing and presenting solutions to our clients. During your internship you will be mentored by a member of your case team, providing formal and informal feedback. Lastly, getting involved in team dinners, activities and social happenings at the office will give you a sense of our people and culture at BCG!
To ensure that you are set up for success, you will start your internship with trainings to give you a toolkit that will kick-start your learning experience.
After the internship
We hope that you’ll have a positive internship experience that will leave you curious to continue your journey at BCG. At the end of your internship you may be offered to return to BCG in a full-time role upon completing your studies.

Studying outside of Sweden?
We accept applications from students who study outside of Sweden, however we encourage you to only apply if you have a genuine interest in pursuing a career at BCG in Sweden. We ask that you please motivate your reason for applying to the Stockholm office in your cover letter. Fluency in Swedish is not required.
Application process
A completed application includes a CV and cover letter in English, as well as transcripts from university studies. If you are applying to a generalist role, you will be asked to complete an online business case and a Logical Reasoning Test. The logical reasoning test consists of 80 questions that you have to complete in 30 minutes supplementing the business case with a nuanced logical profile, measuring specific parameters that are rekevant for the work. You are not allowed to use a calculator during the test.

Interview Process
The interview process consists of two rounds. In the first round you will complete an online business case, and two case interviews. The online case consists of 8-10 multiple-choice, short answer, and fill-in questions. You will also be asked to answer a question over video. The second round consists of one additional case interview.

Interview process
The interview process consists of three IT case study interviews, separated in two rounds. Before the first interview, you will complete a short online logic test. The invite will be sent out one week before your interview and you can complete it any time before taking the interview.

Generalist or Specialist?
At BCG, you may choose to join as a generalist consultant, specialist, or expert. Most commonly, Associates start their career in a generalist track, working within a wide range of industries to broaden their experience. Specialist or expert consultants have typically worked in a specific industry for a few years, and choose to focus on that area at BCG. We also have initiatives in place that allow you to choose the specialization you are interested in early on in your career in order to tailor your pathway.

TDA applicants will go through the same process as our full-time generalist consultants, however you will meet current Digital consultants from BCG in each step of the interview process.
BCG Platinion
BCG Platinion focuses on advising large clients on their business-critical IT projects and challenges. Our focus areas cover IT architecture to digital transformation, enterprise solutions, agile delivery, cybersecurity, and implementation management. BCG X
As a member of our BCG X data science consulting team, your focus is on translating real-world business problems into an appropriate quantitative context and develop models that solve these questions. You’ll combine innovative skills in (applied) mathematics, stochastics and statistics, computer science, numerical mathematics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

Data Scientists and Senior Data Scientists
