BCG Riyadh's Visiting Associate Internship Program
About the Program
The Visiting Associate Internship is a comprehensive 4-7 month, full-time, paid program designed to provide budding professionals with a dynamic introduction to the world of consulting at BCG. As part of this program, interns are fully integrated into our case teams, gaining hands-on experience by working directly with our clients on real-world projects.
Duration: The internship spans a period of 4-7 months, according to your university's requirements, and ensures a deep dive into the consulting world.
Real-World Exposure: Interns aren't merely observers; they're integral members of our case teams, making contributions to actual client projects and experiencing the day-to-day of a consultant's life.
Evaluative Nature: On completion of the program, interns will be able to reflect on whether a career in consulting is for them, and if they would like to explore opportunities to join BCG on a full-time basis, as a permanent employee.
Compensation: Interns are paid competitively, recognizing the value they bring and the intensive nature of the program.

Meet Our Team
"During my internship at BCG Riyadh, I experienced firsthand the unique and enriching world of consulting. I got to work across different sectors, identifying solutions to a diverse range of challenges faced by client organizations, while interacting with professionals of all levels and backgrounds.
Beyond case work, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of investment BCG put into training, not only for its full-time staff, but also for its interns. I benefited from a monthly training program which helped me to develop very practical, real-life skills including problem solving, presenting, and slide writing (to name a few).
Interacting with BCG’s people was another highlight of the internship. I immersed myself in the vibrant culture, becoming part of a community that values and nurtures its members, and built lasting professional relationships.
This entire experience was immensely beneficial to me. I would wholeheartedly encourage others to join the BCG internship program. It's an invaluable opportunity to grow professionally, expand your networks, and explore if a career in consulting is for you."

“The Visiting Associate internship program was an enriching experience filled with unforgettable moments that have left a very positive, lasting impression on my professional journey.
The highlight of my internship was the personal development opportunities it provided. There wasn’t a single day that I didn’t learn something new. It was also reassuring joining the program with other like-minded fellows, who I could share any thoughts and concerns with. Together we have built lasting friendships, wonderful memories, and a strong support network.
I would recommend the internship to anyone looking for an enriching career experience. For me, it has marked the beginning of a very exciting journey into the consulting industry, something which I am forever grateful for since choosing to pursue my career in this field.”
