Career Paths at BCG in Qatar

Associates

Associates are typically entry-level consultants. The associate position is available to fresh graduates with internship experience and to young professionals with 1-2 years of full-time working experience.

Consultants

Applications are open all year round for experienced professionals or those who are completing/have recently completed an MBA.

Expert Hires

Experienced professionals looking to specialise in particular practice areas or functional topics. These roles are advertised as and when they become available.

Digital Hires

BCG Middle East proudly welcomed over 150 top university students, with a 50:50 male-to-female ratio, to the launch of jeeltamooh’s 7th Edition in Riyadh on Saturday, 19th April.

Over the next six months, these future leaders will embark on a journey designed to build critical skills, expand perspectives, and drive impact in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.

The launch event featured powerful conversations led not only by BCG experts but also by inspiring Saudi voices. Together, they explored key topics including Climate & Sustainability, Innovation, Fintech, and Personal Development, sparking dialogue and action among the Kingdom’s brightest youth.

Thank you to all our speakers, panelists, and attendees for making this launch a true celebration of potential and purpose.
