About the Program
During this eight-week internship (June – August 2027), Summer Associates work alongside a diverse consulting team on real client engagements, gaining hands-on experience through case work and problem-solving. The program offers a unique opportunity to develop analytical, strategic, and communication skills while exploring a potential full-time career in consulting.
This internship serves as an important step in BCG’s full-time hiring process, and participants will be evaluated throughout the program for full-time Associate consideration upon completion.

As a member of our consulting team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex client challenges and deliver high-impact solutions. Associates in BCG Korea gain exposure to diverse industries and projects from developing growth strategies for global corporations to advancing sustainable business practices in emerging markets.
You will analyze data, formulate hypotheses, and present actionable recommendations directly to clients, with opportunities to specialize in practice areas as you progress.
