Buddy Program at Pride@BCG in India
This program pairs LGBTQ+ applicants shortlisted for roles at BCG India with a “buddy” from our LGBTQ+ network, offering mentorship, networking opportunities, and personalized guidance throughout the application and interview journey.
Through this program, LGBTQ+ applicants have the opportunity to connect with:
Lead Ally – A senior leader within Pride@BCG who provides strategic guidance and champions diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Representative – A member of the Pride@BCG network who serves as a resource, advocate, and supporter of LGBTQ+ inclusivity within BCG.
Your Buddy – A trusted resource from the Pride@BCG community for both professional and personal questions. They help you feel informed and supported throughout the process.
