Phase 1 - Foundation

The program kicks off with an introduction to BCG and the consulting world, followed shortly after by a two-day bootcamp where you'll develop core skills and practice presentations. Expect a combination of knowledge, hands-on exercises, and dinners with your mentors, as well as plenty of time to get to know your fellow mentees and build the connections that will carry you through the rest of the program and beyond.

Phase 2 - Development

The middle phase of the program focuses on you, as a professional and as a woman navigating a career in business. You'll hear from inspiring role models in consulting, engage with BCG research and perspectives on women in the workplace, and sharpen the practical skills that matter when it counts, from interview technique to presenting with confidence.

Phase 3 - Wrap up

The program concludes with a celebratory dinner bringing together participants, mentors, and the broader BCG team. A moment to reflect on the journey, celebrate what you've accomplished, and toast to the connections you've built along the way.
