About the Program

If you're in your final year (or already completed your studies within the last 3 years), and ready to launch your career with BCG, this program is for you!

We look for graduates with academic backgrounds across numerous disciplines, from business to humanities to science and more.

Hands-on learning, support from your team, and innovative training programs from day one will allow for a smooth transition from the classroom to the real world of business.

Application Process

Graduates join BCG as Associates in our Consulting team. You will be asked to select up to two offices of your choice in order of preference. To be considered for BCG within Australia or New Zealand, you must select either Auckland, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth, or Sydney as your first office preference.

Step 1

Submit Your Application

Submit your CV, cover letter, and academic transcript as a single PDF through our online application portal. Eligible candidates will then receive an invitation to complete our online case assessment.

Step 2

Online Assessment

Our recruitment team will review your application and case assessment before inviting shortlisted candidates to complete an online numerical assessment.

Step 3

Case Interviews

Successful candidates will be invited to first-round case interviews. Prior to your interview, you'll have the opportunity to attend one of our Case Study Workshops, delivered either in person or virtually.

Step 4

Final Interviews

Candidates progressing beyond the first round will be invited to attend final interviews.
These will typically be held the week after the first round of interviews.

Graduate Eligibility

Be in your final year of undergraduate or postgraduate study, or have already graduated with no more than 1–3 years of work experience.

Office Preferences

Select up to two offices in order of preference. To be considered for BCG Australia and New Zealand, select Auckland, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth, or Sydney as your first preference.

Work Eligibility

Be an Australian or a New Zealand citizen, or hold Australian permanent residency.

For our Scholarship Program, you must be in the penultimate year of your undergraduate studies (or Master's degrees, excluding MBA). Please include details of prizes or scholarships you've attained.
