If you are asking yourself these questions, our brand-new mentorship program for students and young professionals is the answer you are looking for!
The Mentorship BCG's exclusive 6-month mentorship program is the ideal starting point for a career in management consulting. 
At the beginning of the program, you will be paired up with a BCG woman consultant that will guide you through your application prep, helping you to get ready for assessments and case-based interviews. You will also be invited to monthly workshops that will provide you with hard and soft skills training sessions.

How the program looks like
  • February: Meeting between mentors and mentees at the local offices
  • April: Virtual SEA women's leadership panel
  • May: Preparation for Talentkraft assessment
  • June: Preparation for case-based interviews
  • July: Applications for BCG
Who we are looking for The program is dedicated to young women students currently attending the penultimate year of their Bachelor's degree. 

Prior internship experience in consulting or well-structured firms will be considered a plus.
