What is it really like to work at BCG? 

This November, BCG Budapest, Prague and Warsaw invite talented students to join us in Amsterdam for a unique opportunity to get to know BCG beyond the usual recruiting event. 

We are offering two different events, each designed around a different way of getting to know BCG. 

Choose the event that best matches what you would like to gain from the event and apply directly for your preferred date.

Thursday, Nov 5, 2026 | DISCOVER BCG 

Meet the people behind BCG. 

Choose this event if you want to focus on BCG's people, culture and career opportunities through authentic conversations and networking. 

Curious about consulting and what a career at BCG could look like? 

Discover BCG gives you the opportunity to go beyond the company presentation and get to know BCG through the people who work here.
 
You can expect: 
  • Personal stories and career journeys from BCG consultants 
  • An inside look at day-to-day life at BCG 
  • Insights into our work, culture and career opportunities 
  • Small-group conversations where you can ask your questions 
  • Plenty of informal networking with consultants and fellow students 

Best suited to you if: you primarily want to meet our people, understand BCG better and explore whether consulting could be the right career path for you. 

Please note: This event does not include a hands-on case-solving session. If hands-on problem solving is what you are looking for, consider Experience BCG instead.

Friday, Nov 6, 2026 | EXPERIENCE BCG 

Think. Solve. Connect.

Choose this event if you want hands-on exposure to BCG problem solving through an interactive business case combined with networking. 

Curious about how BCG consultants approach complex business challenges? 

Experience BCG gives you the opportunity to step into the consultant mindset. Together with other students and supported by our consultants, you will work through an interactive business challenge and see how collaborative problem solving works at BCG. 

You can expect: 
  • An introduction to BCG's approach to problem solving 
  • A hands-on, interactive business case 
  • Collaborative problem solving with other students 
  • Guidance and perspectives from BCG consultants 
  • Insights into how case work connects to real BCG projects 
  • Informal networking with consultants and fellow students 

Best suited to you if: you want a hands-on introduction to consulting, enjoy solving complex problems and are interested in case work.

No previous case-solving knowledge is required. The session is designed to give you a firsthand look at how we work, rather than test how much you already know.

Both events will introduce you to BCG Budapest, Prague and Warsaw, give you access to our consultants and provide plenty of opportunities to connect with our people.

Who are we looking for?

We welcome applications from talented students and recent graduates interested in exploring career opportunities with BCG Budapest, BCG Prague or BCG Warsaw. 

Students from all academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply. 
Whether you study business, economics, engineering, technology, science, humanities or another field, we would like to hear from you. 

No previous consulting or case-solving knowledge is required to participate in either event.

As part of your application, you will be asked to submit your CV in English.

Please note: Relevant local language knowledge is required for the office you are interested in:
  • Budapest: Hungarian, Romanian, Serbian, Croatian or Slovenian
  • Prague: Czech or Slovak
  • Warsaw: Polish
