Be bold. Be curious. Unlock your potential.
Join us in Cologne from November 24-26
Supporting Personal & Professional Development for LGBTQ+ talent
At BCG, we are convinced that nothing makes a team stronger than diversity. That's why, together with our LGBTQ+ network Pride@BCG, are organising a three-day workshop for outstanding LGBTQ+ talent in Europe, Middle East, Africa and South America. We want to offer you the chance to connect with international peers, interact with members and allies of our Pride@BCG community, experience what it's like to work at BCG, and of course, we will also discover the fun parts of Cologne together!
At PROUD you will be part of an exciting, diverse, and multinational group of top university students and BCG consultants. Join us and start building the foundation of your future at our PROUD event. Developing your personal and professional skills, conference attendees will get the opportunity to advance their leadership and communication skills, while getting a taste of what it's like to be a consultant at BCG. Connect with other talent and explore how you can grow with BCG PROUD.

Please note:  we understand that there could be challenges with public-facing LGBTQ+ events, we would gladly accomodate any request from selected candidates such as anonymity and we will only publish at the confirmation of the candidates. That being said, internally at BCG, it will be communicated that you are a selected PROUD candidate - though this communication would not be public-facing. If you have any additionnal questions, feel free to reach out to us.
